For inquiries received during the closure period, we will respond to them in the order they are received from Monday, August 19th onwards.


[Regarding product shipping]
Orders received before 9:00am on Friday, August 9th will be shipped on Friday, August 9th.
Orders received after 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 9th will be shipped sequentially starting from Monday, August 19th.
