REFUND POLICY

■Returns and exchanges

●Please note that, in principle, we do not accept returns other than for defective products.

When returning or exchanging an item , please be sure to attach a photo to your email.

If the product you ordered is unused and returned within 7 days of receipt, and meets the following conditions, we will exchange or return it.
In this case, we will cover all shipping costs.

・Initial defects or damage during delivery (damage to protective packaging is not covered)
・Incorrect product due to our mistake

If the product you ordered is unused and within 7 days of receipt, and meets the following conditions, we will exchange it only if we have the applicable stock.

・Size exchanges at the customer's convenience

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

●We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that fall under the following categories, even if it is within 7 days of receipt of the product.

- Differences between the image on the online page and the actual product (including color tone)
・Products that have been used even once ・Products that have been soiled or damaged due to customer negligence ・Products that have been customized, modified, repaired, cleaned, etc. ・Product packaging or instructions have been soiled, damaged, lost or discarded ・Sale products (products with a discount rate set against the regular price and displayed at a double price)
・For pre-order items
